To Whom It May Concern:
I participated in Kelley Wacher’s course of Passion and Purpose in early 2015. My intention of engaging Kelley was to address my feelings of being locked down and blocked at that point in my life. When Kelley provided the first briefing on the outline of the course, it seemed to be very logical in regards to dealing the past influences and consequential behaviour that I had developed through my life.
Although very confronting at times, the course content provided a long lasting positive change in my life. I also learnt techniques to sustain the changes in my trigger areas of unhelpful behaviour and thought patterns.
Upon reflection and throughout the course I was continually impressed with Kelley’s style and facilitation techniques. Some of the issues that came up from time to time were extremely personal and confronting for me, however, Kelley provided a safe and supportive environment throughout the entire course. Her demeanour and methods of facilitation throughout the course allowed me to explore my trigger issues without judgement or prejudice.
Since completing the course with Kelley I am of the opinion that the investment I have made in myself will continue to pay exponentially high dividends. This is reflected in my levels of personal happiness, growth and success of my business and general health.
I have certainly referred this course to others since my completion and would have no hesitation in doing so in the future.

Kelley came on board as a trainer for two months as part of a large transformation rollout. I am managing the delivery of the training to our learners. What struck me instantly was Kelley’s ability to build rapport with everyone around her – colleagues, learners and the like. She worked exceptionally hard to ensure she knew the training content inside out, and was relentless in terms of making sure she got the answers to any questions the learners in her class asked. The learner evaluations she received were nothing short of fantastic. We had many comments from learners asking if she could deliver all their training going forward. I personally observed her training a group of our learners. She knew her stuff, but more than that, she made system training (which can be very dry) fun and interesting, and brought humour to the sessions. I would love to work with Kelley again.

Kelley has an innate and genuine desire to see people succeed. I was fortunate to have had Kelley as my TIME program mentor.
I always looked forward to each meeting with “dynamo” Kelley. She asks great questions, creates vulnerability unmasking limiting beliefs and delves deep into challenges, values, purpose and goals. All of my goals and desired outcomes were achieved through the coaching and mentoring program I undertook with Kelley.
I would absolutely hands down recommend Kelley for training or coaching. She’s a genuine and passionate professional with a truckload of experience and talent to deliver impactful results. It’s really clear having worked with Kelley, that her success, is in your success and she gives everything to see you achieve this.

I cannot recommend Kelley higher, her level of experience in coaching is second to none. During my time with Kelley I was enabled to see within myself and highlight my weaknesses and ultimately turn them to positives. The various sessions that I took with Kelley were relative to my needs and requirements. Her ability to delve down into my methods and highlight where I needed to improve turned my career around. I am a better leader, coach and mentor because of it. If you are looking for a coach, mentor or training facilitator then Kelley is for you.

There are always two critical areas in training, one being the actual content but the second and most important are the individuals delivering the messages. We are lucky to have such a dedicated and fun training partner.
