Kelley has facilitated regular management and leadership training sessions for our company and has always delivered to an exceptional standard.
She makes an effort to really understand our people and the process they work with so the training is relevant and most valuable when applied back.
It has been (and is) a pleasure partnering with her as an honorary Motherfunner.

Kelley came on board as a trainer for two months as part of a large transformation rollout. I am managing the delivery of the training to our learners. What struck me instantly was Kelley’s ability to build rapport with everyone around her – colleagues, learners and the like. She worked exceptionally hard to ensure she knew the training content inside out, and was relentless in terms of making sure she got the answers to any questions the learners in her class asked. The learner evaluations she received were nothing short of fantastic. We had many comments from learners asking if she could deliver all their training going forward. I personally observed her training a group of our learners. She knew her stuff, but more than that, she made system training (which can be very dry) fun and interesting, and brought humour to the sessions. I would love to work with Kelley again.

Kelley has an innate and genuine desire to see people succeed. I was fortunate to have had Kelley as my TIME program mentor.
I always looked forward to each meeting with “dynamo” Kelley. She asks great questions, creates vulnerability unmasking limiting beliefs and delves deep into challenges, values, purpose and goals. All of my goals and desired outcomes were achieved through the coaching and mentoring program I undertook with Kelley.
I would absolutely hands down recommend Kelley for training or coaching. She’s a genuine and passionate professional with a truckload of experience and talent to deliver impactful results. It’s really clear having worked with Kelley, that her success, is in your success and she gives everything to see you achieve this.
Belinda Montgomery - Director - the Sales Hive
I cannot recommend Kelley higher, her level of experience in coaching is second to none. During my time with Kelley I was enabled to see within myself and highlight my weaknesses and ultimately turn them to positives. The various sessions that I took with Kelley were relative to my needs and requirements. Her ability to delve down into my methods and highlight where I needed to improve turned my career around. I am a better leader, coach and mentor because of it. If you are looking for a coach, mentor or training facilitator then Kelley is for you.

There are always two critical areas in training, one being the actual content but the second and most important are the individuals delivering the messages. We are lucky to have such a dedicated and fun training partner.

Kelley conducted Management Training and Development courses at the Holiday Inn Darling Harbour (IHG) where I was employed as the Director of Sales over a 4 year period. Kelley’s passion and commitment for developing and mentoring great leaders is evident throughout all of her interactions with the team. Kelley is able to identify both strengths and areas of development within the team individuals and works to grow strengths and overcome weaknesses. Kelley spends many hours researching the client prior to entering into a course and as such as a firm grasp on not only the needs of the team members but also of the business as a whole. The results were evident within several weeks of Kelley’s first course and as time went by the team grow stronger and developed further. Kelley’s commitment, passion and compassion makes her a winner in this field.

Santhinee Nagan - CFO
When I made the decision to start working with a personal coach, I did so with a very clear picture in mind regarding who that person needed to be and what they would help me achieve. I had come to a point in my career where I was comfortable but unchallenged, where I knew there was more I could be achieving but risked losing the courage to go out and make that happen. The responsibilities and demands regarding my family were also changing, freeing up responsibilities and opening up opportunities. I therefore needed a coach who would push me to set bold goals and take action to make it happen. What I didn’t realise is that I actually needed a coach who would take the time to really understand who I was and where I had come from – my successes and failures, my joys and despairs, my aspirations and limiting beliefs, my passions and assassins. What I also didn’t realise is that I needed to understand these things about myself….. Through our coaching sessions Kelley helped me understand who I was, and that I have what I need to create the career and future that I want. She challenged my thinking, helped me re-write my past, and cheered me on as I set and achieved new goals. It has been an emotional and powerful partnership and I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and committed coach than Kel.
